Offered is an antique shaving mug. This porcelain shaving mug is finished in gold and pink lusterware on the exterior. A wonderful divided porcelain scuttle, it is decorated with a dog center graphic; raised gold gilt trim and has no chips or cracks.
It is showing normal wear consistent with age and use and on the rim with gold paint loss. The Victorian era barber cup measures approximately 3 1/2" tall x 3 1/4" wide inclusive of handle
Unmarked with number 366 and an X imprinted on bottom suggesting it was made in Germany.
